Browsing a whole account needs Instagram to answer for a signed-in user, and it now challenges the accounts that do it in bulk — within about twenty minutes, in our testing. Rather than run a tool that works until it abruptly doesn't, this one is off until we can do it without an account that keeps getting burned.

What you can see and save
The profile photo, full size
Instagram shows avatars at thumbnail size. The underlying image is 1080px — that's the one you get.
Posts, reels, carousels
Recent media is listed with its type and engagement, and any of it can be saved at original resolution.
No account involved
You don't log in and neither do we, so there's no follow, no view, and nothing tied back to you.
Public accounts only
If a profile is private, this tool says so. Nothing claiming to bypass that is telling you the truth.

Instagram exposes different things at different sizes. This is what's actually retrievable, and at what resolution.
