Terms of Service
Keavix is a tool that fetches a file you ask for and hands it to your browser. Using it means agreeing to what follows.

What the service does
You supply a link. The server retrieves that content from its source, converts it if you asked for a different format, and passes it to you. It hosts no content of its own, keeps no library, offers no search, and publishes no index of anything anyone has downloaded.
Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for what you download and what you do with it afterwards. You agree to use the service only for content you are entitled to save — your own uploads, openly licensed or public-domain material, or content the rights holder permits you to keep.
You agree not to:
- Download copyrighted material you have no right to, or redistribute what you download.
- Use the service in a way that breaches the terms of the site the content comes from.
- Automate, scrape, or script access, or attempt to bypass the rate limits and quotas that keep the service available to everyone else.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Access may be withdrawn at any time, without notice, if usage threatens the service or appears to break these terms.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, speed, or that any particular video or format will work. It depends on a third-party site that changes without warning; when it does, things break until they are fixed. There is no service level agreement.
No warranty and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using it — including lost data, lost files, or any consequence of content you chose to download. You use it at your own risk.
Copyright complaints
No content is hosted or stored here, so there is nothing to take down: files exist on the server only for minutes while a transfer completes, and are deleted automatically. If you believe the service is being used to infringe your rights, write to info@keavix.com and access can be restricted.

These terms may change; the date above reflects the last revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
